Permit status webpages for applicants

If enacted, each agency that issues permits would have to post a webpage on its official website. The page would show which review stages are done and how many days each stage took. It would show the application's current status and how many days it has been at that stage. It would list contact information for each individual reviewing the application at the agency or any reviewing agency. It would describe steps left before a decision and give an estimated timeline. The bill would define "permit" by reference to the term "license" in 5 U.S.C. 551 and define a "reviewing agency" as any agency that reviews or takes steps in the permit process but does not issue the permit.
