- Yavapai-Apache Nation and members would get ratified water rights held in trust and a Yavapai-Apache Nation Water Settlement Trust Fund with five accounts to pay for implementation, water projects, wastewater, operations, and watershed restoration.
- It would authorize the Tu nl[[nichoh Water Infrastructure Project, including the Cragin-Verde Pipeline and a YAN Drinking Water System, to deliver and treat water for the Nation and other Verde Valley beneficiaries.
- The Secretary of the Interior would have to execute the Agreement, comply with environmental laws, and require deposits into specific Project Fund and Trust Fund accounts before the Agreement becomes enforceable. If the Secretary does not publish required findings by June 30, 2035 the Act would be repealed.
