Data collection on Medicaid costs tied to marijuana-related hospital and emergency care. This bill would require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to collect federal and state Medicaid spending that is attributable to marijuana use for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room services and to publish findings and any recommendations within one year after enactment.
