Summary
Requires timely public release of unclassified section 232 investigation reports. This bill would require the Secretary of Commerce to publish in the Federal Register any portion of a report on investigations under section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 that is not classified or proprietary no later than 270 days after an investigation begins or by the date the report is sent to the President, whichever is earlier.
