Small Agri-Biodiesel Producer Credit Extension Act
Sponsored By: Senator Grassley, Chuck [R-IA]
Introduced
Summary
Extends the small agri-biodiesel producer tax credit through December 31, 2029. The bill would push the current expiration date from 2026 to 2029, allowing qualifying small agri-biodiesel producers to continue claiming the Section 40A(g) credit for three more years. It preserves the credit's existing structure, rates, and eligibility rules and only changes the period during which the credit can be claimed.
