More off-site sales for microbreweries

Delaware microbreweries can sell the products they make for take-home at more of their own locations. You can sell at up to two brewpubs you own or control. Or you can sell at one other microbrewery and one brewpub you own or control. All sites must have the proper state licenses and be under the same owner or control. This exception applies even when other licensing rules would block these sales and is limited to a total of three licensed sites.
