Sales and possession of tianeptine illegal

The law adds tianeptine to Delaware’s Schedule I controlled substances. Making, selling, distributing, or possessing any amount is illegal under Schedule I rules unless an express exception applies. This covers all forms, including its salts and isomers. State controlled‑substance penalties apply to people and products that handle tianeptine.
