More lived‑experience voices on suicide council

The law changes who sits on Delaware’s Suicide Prevention Coalition. The Governor now appoints two new members: one who has had suicidal thoughts or survived an attempt, and one who lost a loved one to suicide. One other Governor‑appointed seat remains, along with seats from health, corrections, education, veterans, the National Guard, the Mental Health Association, and a private psychiatric facility. This adds voices with lived experience to the state’s suicide‑prevention advice. The law does not list a start date in this section.
