Delaware sets 2026 revenue estimates

The law sets Delaware’s official General Fund numbers for FY2026. Estimated gross revenue is about $7.33 billion, with $548 million in refunds, for net revenue of about $6.78 billion. Estimated unencumbered funds are about $447 million. Under the state constitution, total FY2026 General Fund appropriations cannot exceed 98% of estimated revenue plus these funds. The state uses these numbers to build the budget.
