Delaware building sandbox for businesses to test agentic AI

The law requires the AI Commission and the Secretary of State to create a regulatory sandbox for agentic AI. Agentic AI means systems that act on their own to reach goals. The framework will set a process and oversight so Delaware businesses and developers can test new tools. The law does not set funding, a start date, or who can join yet.
