Utilities must report regional grid votes

The law requires certain Delaware utilities and the Public Advocate to file a yearly report to the Public Service Commission or the General Assembly. The report lists every recorded vote they cast at PJM Interconnection meetings in the prior calendar year. It must also list votes by any affiliate and explain briefly how each vote serves the public. A utility may include this with its annual renewable energy portfolio standards compliance report. The law defines “affiliate,” “meeting,” and “recorded vote” for this rule.
