Telehealth for opioid use disorder treatment

The law lets licensed practitioners treat opioid use disorder by telehealth. They may prescribe FDA-approved Schedule III through V medicines for this treatment. They must have a patient-practitioner relationship set under Title 24, Section 6003. They must follow Delaware telehealth rules, consent, and medical recordkeeping. This expands access to care for people with opioid use disorder.
