Retailers can use branded paper bags

Retail stores in Guam can give paper shopping bags that show the store or maker’s name or logo. These branded paper bags are not treated as banned disposable carryout bags. A branded bag means a paper bag used by a retailer that shows the name, logo, trademark, or other mark of the maker or store. Other bag rules under Guam’s reuse law still apply.
