Veterans can use military training for chauffeur license

If you have an honorable discharge and a military Driver Training Program certificate for commercial vehicles, you qualify for a Guam chauffeur license. You can get Endorsement B, C, or D that match your verified training. You must show a DD214 or NGB-22, and the Guam Office of Veterans Affairs verifies your papers. The Department of Revenue and Taxation decides the exact endorsements based on the vehicles and duties you were trained for. The Department may ask for extra proof and cannot give endorsements beyond what your certification supports unless you complete added testing or documents. If your military certificate is over five years old, the Department may require a road skills test. The Department must issue rules and an equivalency matrix within 120 days of enactment.
