Beginning July 1, 2025, Idaho raises the annual community college tuition cap from $2,500 to $3,250. This cap applies to full-time students who live in the college district and take regular academic courses. College boards can raise tuition by no more than 10% per year and cannot exceed the $3,250 ceiling. The law does not require a tuition increase or set what each college charges.
