Former school board members lose hiring exception

Louisiana removes an ethics exception for former school board members seeking jobs with the board they served on. The exception covered jobs as certified classroom teachers or certified school psychologists. Former members can no longer use this exception to those ethics rules. The repeal also removes the population limit tied to the exception.
