Charitable groups can hold more bingo sessions

Louisiana's gaming office may issue special bingo licenses through rules. The law raises the limit from two to four sessions per year under each special license. Total daily prizes under each license remain capped at $25,000 in cash or other things of value. All other charitable bingo rules still apply.
