New Orleans water workers' transfer planning ends

The law ends required planning to move New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board employees into state civil service. It removes that duty from the state and New Orleans city civil service commissions. It repeals only Section 2 of Act No. 384 of the 2024 Regular Session. It sets no new transfer rules, replacement plan, or timeline. The repeal takes effect upon enactment.
