Longer state office leases in New Orleans

The law removes the 20-year limit on certain leases and subleases by Louisiana’s Office Facilities Corporation for state agencies. It covers New Orleans Centre property in the city’s First Municipal District, including the office tower, retail space, and parking garage. Agreements between the corporation and the property owner must have been finalized and entered into before July 1, 2010.
