Non-competes ended for physician associates

The law voids non-compete clauses that stop a New Hampshire-licensed physician associate from practicing in any area after leaving a job or partnership. It covers employment, partnership, or other professional relationships. Only geographic, post-termination practice limits are banned; other terms in the contract remain enforceable. This applies to new or renewed contracts signed on or after 60 days after the law’s passage.
