New Hampshire electricians' board members can serve longer

The law raises the cap on appointed terms from 2 to 3 for New Hampshire electricians' board members. Each appointment is a 5-year term made by the governor with council approval. The total service limit rises from 12 to 16 years. Time counts even if a member stays on after a term ends or fills an unexpired seat. Members' terms must be staggered so no two end at the same time, and future appointments must follow this rule. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
