Erie County can privately market and sell its serial bonds or notes dated on or before June 30, 2026. This applies even if other law limits private sales. The New York State Comptroller must approve the terms and conditions of each private sale. This extends the prior cutoff from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The law takes effect immediately.
