Private workplaces must stock opioid antidote

Beginning 180 days after enactment, covered private employers must add an opioid antidote (like naloxone) to first aid supplies. Coverage only applies to employers already required by federal law to keep first aid materials. Government agencies are excluded. The law does not set the drug brand, amount, training, storage, funding, or penalties.
