Nourish New York adds NY milk products

The law adds New York-grown or produced milk and milk products to the Nourish New York surplus list. It includes two percent milk and whole milk. Products must come from New York. Drinks with alcohol remain excluded. This lets the program buy or distribute more dairy items and can open sales for New York dairy farms. The act does not add new funding.
