Woodbury can keep taxing hotel stays
The law extends the village of Woodbury’s authority to impose a hotel and motel tax. It takes effect immediately and changes the expiration period from two years to four years after the effective date. Guests may pay the tax on stays while that authority remains in effect. The law sets no new tax rate.
