New York early voting for April 29 election

For New York’s special election on April 29, 2025, early voting runs April 21 to April 27, 2025. Boards of elections must run early voting on those days. They must provide at least the usual minimum total early voting hours required by law. These rules override any conflicting law. The law expires December 31, 2025.
