The law expands the residential parking permit area on Sussex Road in Elmont. It now covers more of the road, not only the part north of 109th Avenue. Residents on these blocks may need a permit to park on the street. Nonresidents can face parking limits. The law takes effect immediately; fees and other program rules stay the same.
