Mamaroneck occupancy tax continues for two years
The law extends the Village of Mamaroneck’s occupancy tax authority from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2027. People with occupancy charges covered by the tax remain subject to it for those two extra years. The tax rate, exemptions, and rules for collecting the tax stay unchanged. The law takes effect immediately.
