One Rochester site can get license near church or school

The New York State Liquor Authority can issue an on‑premises alcohol license within 200 feet of a church, synagogue, other place of worship, or a school for one specific property in Rochester. It applies only to Lot #7 of the William Horcheler Subdivision at South Avenue and Gregory Street. The business must sell food or drinks for customers to eat or drink there. The law takes effect immediately.
