Ads on Croton-on-Hudson park fences fund upkeep

The law lets the Village of Croton-on-Hudson lease sports field fences at Dobbs Park, Duck Pond Park, Firefighters Memorial Field, and David J. Manes Memorial Field. Leases are for one year at a nominal rent to a New York not-for-profit. The nonprofit may sell ads on those fences. All ad money must be used only to care for and maintain those parks. The law takes effect immediately.
