Nonprofits can lease Gedney Field fences

The law lets the City of White Plains lease the sports field fences at Gedney Field each year to a New York not-for-profit for a nominal rent. The lease is to let that group sell ads on the fences. All ad money must only pay for caring for Gedney Field. The law takes effect immediately.
