The law exempts one specific parcel in the City of Glens Falls, Warren County, from New York’s rule that bans alcohol sales near a church. If you own or run a business on that exact parcel, the distance rule no longer blocks a license to sell alcohol there. Existing rights-of-way and easements on the property remain for current and future owners. Other properties still must follow the distance ban. This change applies immediately.
