Highland Falls lodging tax authority lasts longer
The law extends Highland Falls’ authority to tax lodging through December 31, 2027, instead of December 31, 2025. It takes effect immediately and leaves the existing tax rate and collection rules unchanged. Guests pay the tax when the village imposes it.
