Justin Finkle can take police officer exam

The law lets Justin Finkle take the civil service exam for a full-time police officer job with the Albany County Sheriff's Office. He can be placed on the eligible list based on his exam score. It overrides the usual age rules in Civil Service Law section 58 and any other contrary law. He still must meet all merit, fitness, and background standards for police officers. The act takes effect immediately.
