Briarcliff Manor lodging tax extended to 2027

The law takes effect immediately. Lodging operators in the Village of Briarcliff Manor must keep collecting the village occupancy tax from guests. Guests pay this tax when they stay in short-term lodging in the village. The authority to charge and collect this tax ends December 31, 2027. The law does not change the tax rate or who it applies to.
