The law extends Greene County’s authority to impose an extra sales and use tax through November 30, 2027. The extra 1% brings the authorized county rate to 4%, including the 3% base rate. The county must adopt or amend local tax rules; this law does not itself impose the tax. The extension takes effect immediately.
