The city of Olean keeps its local hotel and motel tax. The law takes effect immediately and lasts through September 1, 2027. Guests who stay overnight in Olean keep paying this tax. Hotels and motels must keep collecting and sending it to the city. The law does not change the tax rate or who is taxed.
