Medina lodging tax authority extended through 2027

Effective immediately, the law extends the Village of Medina’s authority to tax lodging stays. The expiration date moves from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2027. The authorization is repealed on that date. This extension does not set a tax rate or change the amount charged.
