Mount Kisco lodging tax authority lasts longer

Effective immediately, the law extends Mount Kisco’s authority to impose a tax on lodging stays. That authority expires and is repealed on September 1, 2027, unless renewed by law. Guests staying in taxable lodging may continue to pay this tax. The law does not change the existing tax rules or specify a tax rate or amount.
