Baldwinsville regains broader use of sewer funds

The law restores Baldwinsville’s authority to use existing village sewer rents for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects. It does not require a specific project or set a spending amount. The act takes effect immediately, reviving the rules as they stood on August 29, 2022. Changes to the authorization take effect 60 days after the act becomes law. The amended provisions expire five years after that effective date.
