Wheelchair-accessible space at each public EV charger

The law requires each public EV charging station that the state authority builds, funds, or runs to have at least one parking space sized for wheelchair-accessible vehicles. This includes vans and minivans. The rule applies at every individual charging station open to the public in that program. The authority must also post a yearly online report with the number and locations of chargers in service and the total costs.
