New York COVID rent help through Sept 2025

The law keeps New York’s COVID-19 emergency rental help in effect through September 30, 2025. It takes effect immediately. If you qualify under the program’s rules, you can still apply for help with rent or back rent until that date. After September 30, 2025, these parts of the program expire.
