Ticket resale rules extended to 2026

New York keeps its current ticket resale rules in place through June 30, 2026. The law also revives the Article 25 ticket rules as they existed on May 15, 2010, for the same period. On June 30, 2026, these temporary rules end, but Section 25.11 stays in effect after that date. If older tickets lack the required print, venues must post clear notices about premium pricing and the 1,500‑foot no‑sale zone.
