MTA vehicles shielded from bus-lane tickets

The law gives a defense to any notice of liability against an MTA vehicle for bus-lane standing, stopping, or parking. It applies when an MTA employee was driving on authorized duty. The defense covers bus rapid transit lanes and lanes in an approved demonstration program. It applies to NYC traffic rule 4-08, including 4-08(f)(4).
