Beginning July 1, 2026, guardians and conservators must include more details in court accountings for a person with a disability. The report must state the person's current physical or mental condition. It must list the date of the fiduciary's last contact with the person. It must tell the court whether the person still needs the fiduciary's services. The report must not share confidential medical details protected by Tennessee law.
