Stronger address privacy for survivors

Tennessee’s address confidentiality program now names siblings alongside parents in its family references. The law removes an “in-state only” limit from one rule, so that part no longer applies only inside Tennessee. It also adds the state registry of persistent domestic violence offenders to the program’s referenced lists. The law takes effect immediately.
