Relatives can foster without separate bedrooms

The Department of Children's Services cannot require a child to have their own bedroom to place the child with a relative caregiver or a kinship foster relative. A separate bedroom can still be required only for specific safety or medical reasons that make sharing unsafe. This eases housing barriers and helps more children stay with family.
