State Auditor posts vendor payments online

Beginning July 1, 2025, the Wyoming State Auditor posts vendor payment information on the Auditor’s website. Each record shows the payment date and vendor name. It also lists the state agency that ordered the items or paid the bill, the total amount, and a description. The Auditor must post each payment within 30 days after it is made. Records stay online for at least five years. This covers payments handled by the Auditor and follows state and federal disclosure laws.
