Some in-home caregivers need no certification

Wyoming exempts employed caregivers from state child care certification when caring for four or fewer children from multiple families. No more than two children can be under age two. Care must take place in the home of one child's parent or guardian. The Department of Family Services must issue rules to carry out the exemption. The law took effect immediately upon becoming law.
