AN ACT relating to the office of homeland security; making the office of homeland security's cooperation with homeland security agencies in other states and of the federal government discretionary; authorizing the office of homeland security to cooperate with Wyoming law enforcement agencies as specified; requiring the division of criminal investigation to cooperate with the office of homeland security; and providing for an effective date.
